Artichoke Chicken

Found this delicious recipe somewhere online.  Love to make it for special occasions because it's so rich.

Artichoke Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
14 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped fine
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Place chicken breast in 9x13 dish coated with cooking spray. Combine all other ingredients. Spread over chicken to coat completely. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serve over penne pasta.
